Mint Linux - Ubuntu Killer?

Mint Linux has been around for a while and it's based on Ubuntu. Apparently the Mint people think Ubuntu is too difficult so they've worked hard to make it easy to use. I've read a lot of reports that say that Mint is the best choice for people moving from Windows based systems to Linux. So, why not check it out?
